Start “FactoryTalk Activation Manager” -> Tab “Advanced” -> press “Refresh Server” button -> Tab “Manage Activations” -> press “Refresh Activations” button. Make sure list of activations appeared.

Remove the file ftasystem2.lic from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Rockwell Automation\Activations, if Manager doesn’t find the licenses

Run FactoryTalk View V7.0 and make sure activated successfully.
